Dominic Gerard Francis Eagleton West is an English actor, director, producer, and musician. He is best known for playing Jimmy McNulty in HBO's The Wire (2002–08), Noah Solloway in Showtime's The Affair (2014–19), the latter of which he was nominated for a Golden Globe Award for Best Actor – Television Series Drama, Ebenezer Scrooge's nephew Fred in A Christmas Carol (1999), and Charles, Prince of Wales, in The Crown (2022–23), the latter of which he was nominated for another Golden Globe Award and a Primetime Emmy Award.
