Biography
Ronald Michael Francis Jr. is a Canadian ice hockey executive and former player who is a Special Advisor, Hockey Operations for the Pittsburgh Penguins of the National Hockey League (NHL). He spent most of his career as either a player or executive for the Hartford Whalers/Carolina Hurricanes organization, 23 years in total.
